Summer is a time for joy and outdoor fun. Whether you’ve booked a hotel or chosen a rental apartment, it’s important to remember that sun exposure can have negative effects on your skin. 1. Use Sunscreen
Never go out in the sun without applying sunscreen. Choose a product with the right sun protection factor (SPF). Experts recommend at least SPF 30 for daily use and SPF 50 for prolonged sun exposure.

2. Avoid Going Out During Peak Sun Hours
The sun is strongest between 12 PM and 2 PM. Try to stay in the shade during this time to reduce the risk of sunburn and skin damage.

3. Wear Protective Accessories
Invest in sunglasses with UV protection and wear a wide-brimmed hat. Sunglasses will protect the delicate skin around your eyes, while the hat provides shade for your face, neck, and shoulders—helping prevent sunburn and premature aging.

4. Stay Hydrated
Drink enough water throughout the day and use hydrating skincare products. Adults are generally advised to drink about 2 liters of water per day, but factors like body weight, physical activity, and gender also matter.

5. Check Your Skin Regularly
Examine your skin for changes such as new spots or changes in the appearance of moles. Early detection of issues can save your life.
